Raw Food
Here are some items I have bought and what I think about them.
I will always be honest about my review here, good, bad or ugly.
I will admit that I am not really a big fan of raw nuts. I like them after I have dehydrated them, but not so much before. However, they are growing on me. My husband however, LOVES them.
All I can really say about this is OMG. It is so good. Some argue that we should not eat raw cacao because it is addictive, but I think having this occasionally won’t hurt. It is so good and really helps when everyone else around you is eating junk food. Be prepared to feel REAL bad when you put this in your morning smoothie. It is THAT good. You feel guilty!
There is some disagreement about if this is raw or not, but there is none about the fact that it does not affect your sugar level. It is a very low glycemic sweetener. I personally love it and am so thankful to have found it. I like to have warm teas in the winter and this really helps it go down in a lovely way.
I will admit this was not my favorite at first. But my 18 year old daughter and my husband like them. I need to make something to go with them, like salsa. I don’t like corn chips alone either so that is probably why. I’m sure they’re good, it’s just me. My husband said I was crazy and he loves them and my daughter said I was “weird”. But I like being honest.
