I’ve been asked if this is “all I am eating” um – yea – and trust me it’s a lot. Each time I make the smoothies they usually create more than one glass full and I usually drink it all. I am not the least bit hungry. That is the good thing about being nutritionally fed. You will be less hungry. Sometimes I forget to say that I used a super-food in my smoothie but typically I use something, a super green, or other super-food that has tons of nutrients in it.
Confession here: Last week I got addicted to caffeine. I do not have time to go cold turkey. I thought at first the headache was the Ginger Tea – but it was caffeine. So I took in some caffeine today, small amount and will do smaller amounts each day and ONLY if I get a bad head ache. By the end of the week this should be done but I have too much school work and client work to be out with a headache after being sick all week.
If I were to get hungry again I would make another smoothie. There is no reason why I can’t have four or five smoothies a day, but for now this is working and I only make one when I am hungry. When you see, Breakfast that means the first one I ate, lunch is the next one I hate, Dinner is the next one after that. I am not on a schedule in terms of time. I am only making my smoothies as I get hungry.
Every person has to do what is best for themselves. For me it is drinking lots of water, eating the smoothies, and listening to my body when I need to rest, when I need to eat. I made the mistake of not listening before and I won’t do it again.
Tonight for dinner I had a green smoothie I was again not hungry, (what’s up with that?) so I had:
1 apple (Fuji) – cut up
1 Orange (peeled) – separated
1 big bunch of baby spinach
1 Serving Super food powder (your choice what I use is on the food list but don’t feel like getting up to see what it is)
Water
Ice
Blend with high speed blender until smooth – Enjoy.
This was better than the strawberries. I cannot wait to get fresher more yummy strawberries!

Anyway for dinner I was not hungry so I never ate again. I did, however, have some Ginger Tea as I was cold! Then this morning I work up with a bad head ache.
Was it the Ginger Tea or ?
I still need to run to the store. I have been avoiding it but I am about out of stuff I can make.

Blend well definitely need high speed blender for this due to nuts.
Strawberries still suck but it was edible.

Yea I ate Five Banana’s – So!
Lunch is yummy although I am sure it will be better when I can find some better strawberries, these just aren’t strawberry enough for me.
It’s simple:
Bunch of strawberries
1 serving super greens of your choice
Ice
Water
Blend until smooth. I did not use my high powered blender so it is a little strange in texture but it is good nonetheless. One should “chew” smoothies anyway.
So it’s all good.
